My name is Angelina Rico but everyone knows me as Angie. I possess over 6 years of experience in property management. I understand the level of commitment and attention to detail that is required to run a successful office. Starting as an administrator and building up my areas of knowledge from move-in move-outs inspection, unit turnarounds, evictions, court hearing, screening application, in house collections, disputes and 30-60-90 day notices and everything in between. These are a few of the skills I have acquired throughout the years. I look forward to even further growth in the years to come.
My name is Vanessa Blanco. I joined PMI Merced in September 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Although I am new to the property management field, I am eager to gain knowledge of the industry. I am the voice you will most often hear on the phone and the first happy face you will likely see when you visit our office. Prior to coming on board, I’ve worked in the medical field for 14 years. Over the years, it has taught me the importance of being passionate about ensuring quality experience, having a great relationship with others, good communication skills, and customer service. In my personal interest, I am devoted to my volunteer work as a Jehovah’s Witness, love to spend time with family and friends, hiking, and crafting.
